Second Friday: Opening of Jeanine Hill-Soldner and Kirk Kerndl

  • Water Street Studios 160 South Water Street Batavia, IL, 60510 United States (map)

With Veterans Day coming up on November 11th, Water Street Studios welcomes Portraits & Memories: Legacies of Service. This show by Jeanine Hill-Soldner, was developed over two decades. Shown in Chicago's National Veterans Museum, we are fortunate to bring Jeanine's personal story of multi-generational service and family sacrifice to the Fox Valley. This will be featured in the Dempsey Family Gallery from November 12th-December 4th. The opening will be held on Friday, November 13th.

The Chicago Capital Gallery will feature the work of local artist Kirk Kerndl during November. His work captures the beauty of everyday imagery. From still life to landscapes, Kirk's paintings elevate their subject matter, presenting each with a realistic, soft glow. This collection offers a wide variety of styles and themes. It's a body of work relatable to all who visit Water Street Studios during November and should not be missed.
