The Water Street Makers Market is a monthly, one-day market held inside the gallery spaces of Water Street Studios in downtown Batavia. Each market features a juried selection of local artists, artisans, and makers selling handmade goods — the perfect place to find something you won't see anywhere else.

Calling All Makers — Apply to Vend

Are you a local artist, artisan, or maker? We'd love to see your work. Vendors are selected by our Makers Market Committee, and at least 70% of your product offerings must be handmade by you. (Resellers, direct sale, and MLM vendors are not eligible.)

What to know before you apply:

Application deadline: August 31, 2026. A $10 non-refundable application fee is due at the time of application — applications without payment won't be considered.

• Notification: Accepted vendors will be notified by [DATE], with a single invoice covering all selected market dates.

• Booth spaces: Booths come in two sizes (8x6 and 8x3), both accommodating one 6-ft table plus free-standing displays. The committee assigns size and location based on your product offering, and we'll do our best to honor your preference. Please note there's no wall space available this season, and booths cannot be shared.

• Setup: Vendors provide their own table, chair, and displays — everything must fit within your booth space. Vendors handle their own setup, teardown, and trash removal.
