2025 Holiday Show Submissions

3D ART GUIDELINES
You are welcome to submit three (3) pieces.
Please notify the gallery at gallery@waterstreetstudios.org as soon as you know how many pieces you plan to submit and pedestals you anticipate needing, for planning purposes. We greatly appreciate it!
If a single piece consists of multiple elements they must all fit on a single pedestal.
Please make sure your piece sits sturdily on a pedestal or the floor. We will provide a pedestal unless otherwise notified.
Artwork must be labeled with provided Artist Identification Form and taped to the front for easy visibility
2D ART GUIDELINES
You are welcome to submit three (3) pieces. Individual works must not exceed 36 inches.
Artists may have works over 36 inches but are limited to two (2) submissions.
All works are limited to 60 inches.
Artwork must be delivered ready to hang. Canvas does not need to be framed but does need to be properly wired.
Artwork must be labeled with provided Artist Identification Form and taped to the front for easy visibility.
PRINTS
Prints & small works were a success at our Anniversary show, and we invite artists who are interested to provide them for this show with the same guidelines.
As a reminder: These works will be available for purchase during Second Friday and the duration of the Holiday Show. Any unsold works must be picked up after the show has concluded.
Specifications:
Prints and 2D works on paper, 8"x10" or 10"x14" only
Must be wrapped in clear plastic
Must have cardboard insert
Must be available for sale
Must be comfortable with a Flip-bin style display
Must be available for entirety of show
Works must be labeled with title, price, size, and artist name on back.
If you are interested in submitting prints or small works on paper that fit these specifications, please email gallery@waterstreetstudios.org with your name, number of expected works, size (8”x10 or 10”x14).
IMPORTANT DATES
Deadline to Submit: Sunday, November 23, 2025, at midnight.
Notification of Acceptance: Friday, November 28th, 2025 (by end of day)
Exhibition Runs: Friday, December 12th - Saturday, January 3rd (end of day)
Opening Reception: Friday, December12th, 6-9pm
Artwork Drop-off: Sunday, December 7th, 12-4pm. Please take all packing materials home with you.
Artwork Pick-up: Sunday, January 4th, 12-4pm. Please add this date to your calendar. Artwork must be picked up promptly.
NOTE:
Water Street Studios is not responsible for providing protective barriers for artwork on display. If artist desires to have protective barriers such as rope, cases, etc. it must be approved by the Gallery Committee Chair before artwork drop-off date.
WSS reserves the right to install accepted works in a manner deemed necessary for exhibition or security reasons. All work remains on exhibit for the duration of show.
